Northeastern University Faculty Wives records

The Northeastern University Faculty Wives was a social organization formed in 1941 by and for the wives of the University's faculty.  The bulk of the collection comprises Annual Reports of the Officers, 1941-1969.

UASC's contribution to a multi-archive scanning project whose goal is to make available archival material that relates to what how and why busing happened in Boston, as well as the after effects it had on the community.

50 photographs that depict life in the early 1900s in the African American middle class of Boston. Photographs show the Charlestown Navy Yard, Bruce’s family and colleagues, and the Prince Hall Masons.
